Truly one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had. It has been a while since my last wax so I came with long hair and Lau was still fast and it was one of the least painful experiences I’ve ever had. She made me feel very comfortable and I would definitely recommend her.

Lau is definitely deserving of 5 stars!! I’d give more if I could. She has been waxing me for at least 5 years now. She is so sweet, comforting and really knows her stuff.
